Send a public-source discrepancy for review. A report does not change a drug record or approve a study relationship.

Use public drug and study information only. Reports are retained privately for the maintainer and authorized reviewers. Do not include patient information, personal health details or confidential documents. No email address is collected. A daily network identifier limits repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored with reports. Review timing is not guaranteed.
